System Management Services

Convivo’s systems management service allows clients to delegate management of their servers to Convivo .so client personnel can focus on enterprise issues and developing new applications. The service includes the 24x7x365 system administration and security support for client systems where Convivo assumes a proactive role in responding to any alerts that are generated by system monitoring tools.

System Management services include remote and on-site system administration and system tuning. On-site services range from one-time, single/multi-day engagement, monthly or yearly contract with a pre-determined number of days per week engagement, to as much as a full-time on-site system administrator. Remote System Administration is a flexible and cost-effective solution for groups in remote locations or different time zones.
